Living in Non-judgement

It is important to be aware of our unique filters. All that we have learned becomes our filter. Everything we communicate with others and everything we hear is determined from what we already know.

Really hearing from others; their stories, their truth, requires us to choose to listen differently. To do this we need to listen from a place of curiosity, with big ears, and let go of thinking that we know. Let go of a place of knowing to really hear others.

The way to connect deeply with others is to be aware of our tendency to judge others based on the limitations of our own worldview and perceptions. Only then we can choose to hear another person’s truth.
